All props require 6-8 weeks assembly time. Assembly begins after full payment has been recieved and cleared. Multiple items ordered will require an additional assembly time. Email us for estimated time to assemble and deliver. Item(s) received may vary from picture advertised due to each replica is custom made. These are not mass produced or assembled. Each replica is crafted by hand. Some parts maybe fabricated by hand and some parts  are CNC machined.  This is up to the craftsmans' discretion. Some original parts may be slightly cracked, split or discolored in condition when used. This is unavoidable due to they may be the original  units from the 1970's / 1980's era that are no longer available to me new. We will find & use the best possible unit available to us at the time of your purchase and assembly. Item(s) will be shipped after full payment has been received / cleared. Prices displayed on this site do not include shipping, insurance or Paypal fees. All items ordered will be shipped through UPS Ground Service for the lower 48 states and insured for the amount that you paid for each item shipped. If you wish to have a different carrier, faster delivery time, or increased insurance coverage,  you must email us prior to placing your order for approval. Please use our calculator for your shipping cost. Our shipping calculator has been known to miscalculate the price for  shipping and insurance rates. Please email us to confirm shipping / insurance costs. Overseas shipments will be through USPS Global Air. Please email us with your country and zip code for shipping cost and insurance needs. An additional charge will apply for all overseas tracking on your package(s). Please contact us for cost.

We accept personal checks with a 10 day clearing hold, Bidpay, and Paypal.  Paypal is the perferred method of payment. If you are paying through Paypal service, a 4 % surcharge will apply to the total of your order. Email us if you are not certain how to calculate before placing or paying for your order. All orders may not be accepted or may be voided at the descretion of Bruce F. Coulombe only. All props come with a "Limited Warranty" at the descretion of Bruce F. Coulombe only. It is the responsibility of the receiver to make a written report and claim to the shipping company within 24 hours after delivery. Receiver must keep any damaged package and contains for shiping company inspection. Failure to do so will void any claim or forefit any refunds, monies or replacements. A "Notice of Damage" must be emailed to Bruce F. Coulombe  within 48 hours of  receiving a delivery on any package damaged, opened during shipping or missing contains or said package and items will be null and void of any responsibility of bfcoulombe.com or Bruce F. Coulombe . Failure to comply with any and all of the above policies / stipulations will result in forfeiture of  your rights to any and all monies, refunds, repairs or replacements by bfcoulombe.com,Short Circuit Studios and/or Bruce F. Return Policy Details

All replicas sold are custom fabricated, not mass produced. Therefore buyer beware. All auctions / sales are sold "As Is". If you are not satisfied with your item, you must contact me within 7 days via email from when item(s) was received. Give a reason why you are not satisfied with your item. I Bruce F. Coulombe will consider any complaint but, have the sole right to refuse replacement or refund solely based on item was sold as an as is item. If your item is accepted for return. Item must be returned in the same exact condition for which it was sold. Item must be resalable.  All shipping cost will be of the buyers expense. A  20% restocking fee or $50.00 which ever is greater per item will apply. This policy overrides any statement listed/made in any auctions description or outside this website.
