Dynamo labels..... 1/2" or 3/8" in Black "SET" , Black "TO" Red "88"

How to put it all together......

Solder all negative pins on both right & left segment displays together, then on the left segment display you will solder all the positive pins 1-7 together, do not solder pin #8, clip this pin off . Now solder all the positive pins, 1-6 together including the decimal point pin #8 on the right display . Do not solder pin # 7 with the others. Now solder a jumper wire from pin #7 on the right display to the positive circuit pins on the left display.

Connect three cables for power...... Red goes to the right positive display circuit , Black to the negative common circuit on both displays and White goes to the positive circuit of the left display and a jumper to the right display pin #7 . Place your Step Down Power converter ( SDPC ) positive 1.5VDC red wire and the Red wire from the right display to one of the lugs on the SPST toggle switch , Now connect the Black of the SDPC to the black of the segments circuit. Place the White wire from the displays to the other lug remaining on the SPST toggle switch.

Now you have to connect the 12vdc (+) power input of the SDPC to your cars battery (+) ignition side. The ignition power is only present when your car has been turned on by the key. Just like your cars radio. Now wire from the SDPC Red(+) to fuse block ignition (+) and SDPC Black (-) to cars (-) chassis or battery. Always place a 3A fuse in line with the battery (+) to the input of the SDPC

Now turn your cars key to on. The Speedo will display '0." . Now flip the mini toggle switch to on , your Speedo should now read/show "88."
